Senior Full Stack Engineer · Performance · Security · SEO

I engineer high-performance web applications where thoughtful architecture meets measurable speed gains. Over ten years shipping to production, most recently with Laravel, Vue and Astro. The bottlenecks get removed on purpose, not by accident.

Most code rots.
Mine doesn't.

01 / The signal

Fast to build is not fast to run

AI can build a website in five minutes. That is exactly the problem.

A generator makes a website, not your website. It looks finished on the surface and carries debt underneath that costs more to unwind than building it properly would have.

I use AI the way I use any power tool: research, repetitive work, catching issues early. Every architectural decision still comes from human judgment, because that is the part a shortcut cannot fake.

I want to be the developer teams call before their website becomes a liability, not after.

02 / Method

Seven steps, in this order

01 — 07
  1. 01

    Research first

I study your business model, users, competitors and constraints before touching code. Clarity reduces rework, and rework is where budgets die.

  2. 02

    Agile planning

Clear sprints, defined scope, measurable progress, fast feedback. You always know what shipped this week and what ships next.

  3. 03

    Code built to last

Readable, maintainable, well tested code that a future developer, including me a year from now, can actually work with.

  4. 04

    Performance engineering

Bottlenecks removed across the whole stack, from database queries to bundle size to rendering. Measurable Core Web Vitals gains.

  5. 05

    SEO that drives results

Structured data, semantic HTML, technical SEO and GEO. Visibility is engineering, not luck.

  6. 06

    Security built in

Multi-layer authentication, rate limiting, server hardening. Added at the start, where it is cheap, instead of after an incident.

  7. 07

    Accessible by design

Not a compliance checkbox. It widens your audience and reflects what you think of the people using your product.

Tanguear homepage: the tango community in one place, with a live milonga card from BerlinProduct

2023 — present · Shine Software · Laravel, Vue 3, GSAP

Tanguear

Launched in beta in 2023, now a global tango community platform where dancers find milongas, buy tickets and meet their city’s scene. I built the backend API behind the website and mobile app, the public website, and a modern, powerful dashboard to run it all. I also led SEO and performance, so pages load fast and get found in search.

Santandrea Top Properties homepage as built in 2023, shown as one long page split into two columnsPlatform

2022 — 2023 · Shine Software · Vue, Nuxt

Santandrea Top Properties

A large booking platform with slow first loads. I profiled it in DevTools, deferred non-critical images and components behind Intersection Observer, split the bundle, loaded JavaScript only when a feature was touched, and added low-quality image placeholders so something useful paints immediately. Auth and server config were hardened, and schema.org markup made listings legible to search engines.

Result: page load times dropped 25%.

Pausetta

A free health companion for people who work at a screen all day. Eyes every twenty minutes, posture every thirty, movement every forty-five, water every hour. Every default comes from published research, and where the evidence is thin the app says so. Nothing leaves the machine: no account, no cloud, no telemetry.

Result: the Windows installer is 2.1 MB and the macOS one 2.7 MB.

webinit

A command-line tool that sets up a new website project in seconds. It asks a few questions, then creates the folders, the starter files and an index.html with the CSS framework, icon libraries and jQuery version you picked, each with a security check that blocks tampered CDN files.

Result: still downloaded from npm 155 times in 2026, seven years after its first release.

Ways to work together

What happens after you write

  1. 01

    You send a message

A few lines about your business, your site and what isn't working. That's enough to start.

  2. 02

    We talk

A short call to understand your goals, your users and your constraints. No commitment.

  3. 03

    You get a plan

A written proposal with scope, timeline and price, so you know exactly what you're getting before we begin.

  4. 04

    I build, you see it

Weekly progress you can click through, then launch, documentation and a handover your team can work with.
